Get Involved in the Brookvale Halloween Festival
There are plenty of ways to be part of the Brookvale Halloween Festival and support this much-loved community event. Whether you’re a local business, community group or a parent wanting to help out, we’d love to have you involved.
1. Event Sponsorship
Partner with us as an event sponsor and showcase your business to hundreds of local families. Sponsorship includes brand visibility, marketing exposure and the opportunity to support a vibrant community tradition.
2. Business Stall Holders
Promote your products or services on the day by booking a stall. It’s a great chance to engage directly with the community, meet new customers and be part of a fun, high-energy event.
3. Food Trucks
We welcome food trucks and mobile food vendors to bring flavour, variety and excitement to the festival. It’s a fantastic opportunity to serve crowds of hungry families and be part of the atmosphere.
4. Donate Raffle Prizes
Local businesses and families can contribute to our raffle by donating vouchers, hampers, products, or experiences. Prize donations help us raise valuable funds for the school and offer businesses another simple, meaningful way to be involved.
5. Volunteers
The festival relies on the generosity of volunteers. Whether you can assist with set-up, pack-down, games, or general support on the day, every helping hand makes a difference.
